Local-first by design
Shark stores workspace metadata in local files and preferences on your Mac. It does not require a CSL Works account, collect usage data, or provide cloud sync.
Files Shark reads
Shark accesses only folders you select and local information needed for enabled features, such as repository status, symbolic links, Venomfiles, and local Codex session files or databases. This information stays on your Mac unless you choose to share it through another tool.
Website
This first website release uses no account, contact form, cookies, advertising, or analytics script. GitHub and download links lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You control which folders Shark can access through macOS permissions and app settings. Removing a workspace from Shark does not delete the source repositories. You can remove Shark metadata and preferences from your local storage when you stop using the app.
